Everyone wants to have fancy interactive web-site and mobile app. Unfortunately people forget about functionality. EDF site shows invoices, shows Download button, but this button does nothing. Bouygues Telecom site proposes you to check your line for possibility of higher connection speed but this check usually ends with "We have technical problem". And management thinks that since web-site is fancy and interactive they can "optimise" human support, so it also degrades.
Maybe it is time to optimise all hipsters from staff and start deploying sites, which actually DO what they are supposed to do? Inform people and allow to download those fucking invoices.
